Sooner or later if you are going to try to earn money online, you will probably
need to learn the basics of HTML. You may not want to become a "coder" or ever design a web page, but
developing a basic understanding of HTML is necessary just so you can talk intelligently with contractors and
freelancers.
To this end, we have HTML 101, a collection 14 videos which walk you through the basics ranging from how
to set up your META tags -- important for search engine optimization -- web page backgrounds -- tables and
even CSS basics.

Each video starts with a general overview of what will be discussed, and then
your virtual instructor begins to explain how things work. He also shows you how to use basic text editors and
web-based tools he recommends.

Anyone needing a refresher will surely find HTML 101 very helpful. Newbies will probably find these videos to have just enough
info to get them started. Buying a companion book from your local book store may be helpful if you feel
compelled to drill down deeper.

The videos have different running times depending upon the topic being discussed
but generally run from 5 to 15 minutes. They are very easy to follow with lots of visual examples. I really
think the videos are well produced and will be very helpful to most people. To learn more about HTML 101, please click here.
